ANSWER
When filling out the order form, you have two options:

• PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT - postage is 70 dinars (fixed, regardless of quantity).
After ordering, we will send the information that needs to be included on the payment slip to your email.
Payment to the account means that you can make a payment for your order (as an individual) with a general payment slip at any payment point (post office, bank...) or you can also make the payment electronically (web banking).

We send the stickers in the letter after the payment is recorded - in the case of a non-working day, holiday or strike, the first following working day.
The postman brings the letter with the stickers to the address you specified when ordering and leaves it in your mailbox. The Post website states that the delivery time of letters is no later than 5 (five) working days, not counting the day of receipt.
The letter does not have a tracking number and there is no confirmation of any kind, the customer decides on this delivery method at his own risk, we are not responsible if the letter is not delivered.

• PAYMENT BY COLLECTION - postage is around 450 dinars.
You pay for the stickers in cash upon collection.
The purchase shipment will be delivered via the Post Express courier service of the Serbian Post.
Stickers ordered on Monday should be delivered (depending on the location) on Wednesday, from Tuesday to Thursday and from Wednesday to Friday. Orders from Thursday, Friday and Saturday should be delivered on Monday. Orders from Sunday should be delivered on Tuesday.
In the event of a non-working day, holiday or strike, the delivery of the shipment is postponed to the first following working day.
On the day of delivery, you should receive an SMS message from the courier service with information regarding the collection of the shipment. The courier will deliver the purchase shipment to the address you provided when ordering, deliver the stickers and make the payment. In the event that no one is available to pick up the shipment when the courier delivers it, you should find a report in your mailbox indicating which post office you can pick it up at.
If you do not receive your shipment by the specified deadlines, please notify us by email.

ANSWER
The warranty is 3 years (standard use) for continuous operation on one keyboard (one application).
The stickers are protected by a laminate foil and with standard use it is practically impossible to be damaged (wear off).
If the stickers are used in extremely dusty areas (workshops) or come into contact with liquids, the warranty is void.
The warranty is not valid if, after a certain period of time since you applied the stickers (more than 15 minutes), you want to remove them and apply them to another keyboard (the adhesive is damaged in that case).

The entire manufacturing process (design and production) was carried out in the Republic of Serbia.
